The Lockhart Post-Gallery (LPG) is an artist-run exhibition space located just off the historic downtown Lockhart square in the original 125-year-old press room of the Lockhart Post-Register Newspaper. The gallery was founded with the mission of providing exhibition and curatorial opportunities to emerging artists with an emphasis in creative autonomy for artists. Shows are primarily artist-directed with LPG offering rotating solo and group exhibitions monthly.


June Exhibition

Lockhart Post-Gallery 1 Year Anniversary Group Exhibition

The Lockhart Post-Gallery will be hosting a 1 year anniversary group exhibition on First Friday, June 7 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. The show will feature artists Beast Syndicate, Kelsey Archbold, Allison Geneser, Michael Villarreal, Chad Rea, C.P. Harrison, Tayler Drattlo, Juan Mora, and Sonya Eberhart. Ranging from neon glass to sticker collages, the show will feature a wide range of media with each artist showcasing their preferred medium and concepts. The exhibition opens Friday, June 7th with an opening reception and meet the artists from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. The exhibition will be open to the public until June 28th.
